Pros
Novosco is the first company that I have worked for that actively engages in an employees well being by taking direct action and not just quoting internet buzz words. This is driven from the Directors down and starts with providing daily fresh fruit deliveries, Fit Bit fitness bands through to an in -house Gym and when combined with free Healthcare and flexible shifts has helped create an excellent work/life balance for me. The other side of what make Novosco a good place to work and the most important aspect; The people. Everyone is friendly, happy to help and even though I've been here only a number of months, its starting to feel like a family.
Cons
Nothing really stands out bar the little gripes that everyone gets from time to time but nothing that I haven't experienced before in other jobs.
