Pros
A very positive environment with a strong sense of team collaboration. I have a flexible (but demanding) job role that allows me work remotely when needed, so i can still run my personal life. I'm given the work tools (software/hardware) and support i need to do my job well. There's a keen desire to get things done right, through good processes and sharing skills. Because of the growth and broad portfolio of services, there has been lots of opportunities to grow and add new skills. There is a real training budget that has been excellent.
Cons
Some growing pains. There are lots of positive ideas for the Warrington working environment, but things are taking a longer than suggested to materialise. Sometimes being in Warrington (with the majority of staff at the HQ in Belfast) seems a disadvantage for an employee, through a lack of visibility of your hard work to other colleagues and senior staff. I think this affects some people and job roles more than others.
