Nothing. completely trash. so join if you wants to get trapped and wants to waste your time.
Cons
so many. team leads get all benefits they can come late leave early and can get work from home whenever they want.can manipulate management as they want and employee cant even directly contact management.too worst place. i worked for a year and asked to leave without even given the salary of 3 months which is our notice period.
