I don't recommend it - Server/Bartender Novotel Hotels Employee Review

The working atmosphere is not very pleasant, the employees from different departments gossip behind everyone's back, poor manageres with lack of comuninication with the employees. If you are not Dutch you will be requested to do more chores than the Dutch and if you say something about it they will use it against you.
