Pros
The only pros are that there are some truly awesome employees working there that I love and greatly respect. Sadly the system is not one in which such people will thrive and my best advice for those still here is to know your worth and stand up for yourself.
Cons
Hired as independent contractors yet treated like employees, often do not give you lunch breaks in an 8-9 hour day, false advertisement of skincare as “all-natural” and “fragrance free” when it does contain fragrance and acrylic acid, among others. Services are not set up in a way to give clients maximum benefits. Memberships are designed to be monthly but many of the services must be performed much more often, at least initially, to obtain the best results. The entire business model is essentially a scam. They pressure people who cannot afford memberships to apply through third party lenders, essentially encouraging them to get into debt. Services are ordered to be performed on clients even when there are clear contraindications, such as diabetes, photo sensitive medications, and even pregnancy. Also they have an extremely high turnover rate - the proof is in the pudding.
