Surveys are supposedly anonymous, bonuses are always late, safety program is a joke, getting anything done is impossible, reporting abuse from coworkers goes nowhere an employee can literally assault you and still have their job, management is nowhere near world class like the claim, they expect you to work 6 days a week and be happy, they fix things by causing more problems, raises are a joke, no one sets anyone up for success, being an op2 has no purpose just more work without more money, worse decision i ever made was working here
