Very tight knit group of like-minded people who have a hard time accepting outsiders onto their team. Leads are very egotistical and do not understand learning curves, mental illnesses, boundaries, and differences among others. Leads are also loosely leashed and will do and say anything they please knowing they can just get away with it while making those that oppose them look like a bad person because there is a lack of discipline among leadership individuals.
