Pros

Best Lala Company Pvt. Ltd

Cons

These people are similar to those who work for the LALA company because their founder himself does not know anything about managing his company. They have the right product only , however, their HR department is terrible. Their whole HR department is purely desi, and they do not know anything about managing their employees properly. They even do not know how to on-board a new employee in the proper way, and totally lack experience. The founder of this company is also the same as the HR department. The employees of this company come from references only......... I advise you not to join such a company as they do nothing but bragging only. Moreover, there is absolutely NO job security even if you are excellent at your job. So be very careful while joining.

Pros

The company is very small and you'll get a chance to learn.

Cons

Don't be fooled by the friendly recruitment process; the tone changes completely the moment you start the job. Company Culture & Leadership The work environment is toxic culture directly originating from the founding team. Rather than having open communication, leadership often relies on manipulative tactics. There is a noticeable lack of meaningful dialogue regarding employee concerns or professional growth. Work-Life Balance & Expectations The company operates on a six-day work week (Monday–Saturday) with official hours from 10 AM to 7 PM However: * There is a heavy "desk-time" culture where physical presence is valued over actual output. * Leaving at 7 PM is often met with silent judgment. * The focus is on "looking busy" rather than the quality or impact of the work being produced. Employee Recognition & Job Security Lack of Appreciation: Efforts and contributions are rarely recognized or valued by management. Retaliatory Environment: Raising legitimate concerns or complaints can be risky. The company tends to look for replacements silently rather than addressing the feedback provided by current staff. The company tends to rush people out the door once they resign. If you're skeptical, talk to some ex-employees about how they were treated when they left. My suggestion: If you are a skilled professional looking for a healthy, success-driven career path where your expertise is respected, this may not be the right fit. The environment prioritizes micromanagement and overwork over genuine professional development.

Pros

"Good Product, Poor Leadership and Employee Experience"

Cons

Decision-making is often inconsistent, creating confusion and frequent changes in priorities. Decisions can be heavily influenced by a small group of individuals rather than being based on objective evaluation and data.
