1) The CEO is a stereotypical verbally abusive, micromanaging, narcissistic rich boy who constantly curses and threatens that you'll be replaced. He absurdly said, "Getting a bonus is a privilege."
This is a SALES position. If you don't want to pay commissions, just increase hourly wages.
CEO insists on putting himself front and center in the business, which has led to me and others promptly resigning.
2) The positive reviews here are fake.
3) You are cold calling these leads. In most cases, their doctor hasn't mentioned you, and you have to beg and plead for people to take this service. 99% of seniors DON'T want the service. Selling physical products is easier than this job.
4) Sales quotas are so out of touch and ridiculous that it's laughable. At a point in time, there were only three people on the entire sales team, and the quota was 200 a day.
5) The circus has more stability and structure than this company.
