      Pros

      I thought NuAire was a great place to go into work each day. I felt that the ownership was listening to their employees concerns and also the opinions of all departments within the company as a whole.

      Pros

      Good decent benefits, increases, good knowledge of duties, nice enviroment, set schedule (leaving early Fridays after 10 am) some overtime but not a lot. Interesting job a lot. Increases for good work

      They could improve their communication, and their starting wage.

      Good Minnesota company, nice people, great boss. Management did their best during the pandemic and kept us all working.

      Cons

      Front desk was a bit slow at times.
