Good salary, RSUs upon signing, benefits above the MX law, including SGMM, and grocery voucher.
Cons
Programming languages and tools are not part of the industry standard. Biased management, once someone from the squad's leadership has a strong opinion about an employee, it is impossible to change, despite the efforts made during the year. I've seen a lot of unfair layoffs labeled as "low performance". This is even worse if you are in a global team and you are not from Brazil.
