1. Highly regimental - You must clock in for work on time (9am), go lunch and come back within stipulated timings. Any inbetween breaks are frowned upon and you might be given warnings 2. Management by Fear - The top likes to remind you that you are expendable and unworthy no matter how diligent you work. They would constantly threaten you with expulsion for being late or set an example on someone who makes irrelevant mistakes by sacking him/her. 3. Seniority and Favouritism - The management would promote people who joined the company first (regardless of experience) and let them led teams. It doesn't matter if he/she has experience or not, as long he/she plays into the good books of the boss. 4. Micromanagement - The boss likes to micromanage everyone in the company down to the janitor who cleans the place. He would personally warn you when you have been taking sick leave often or would have his hand to destroy a production schedule by interfering with the game design.

-Leaves: You never am able to get a proper leave even though your family is in Hospital. -Top MANAGMENT or Rather Dictatorship, regardless whether you are doing Art or Designing the Game, this guy on top if he doesn't like you, he very much discriminates your work. -No proper idea of Art Style which will be popular, always copying other people (NOT ORIGINAL) -Expects ALOT from an individual but pays horribly, works you overtime and doesn't give you credit for Work Done. -Probation Extension is a norm , and they will glady extend any new employees by a month or 2. -Has weird clan management, top believes that all the brains should be only JAPANESE and the JAPANESE cannot MIX with the locals. -Being Punctual is one thing, being late by 5 seconds, and they call that late, now that is funny. -Never keeps talent, if you think you are a talent please look else where.
