Pros
-UNIT9 office is nice -A few really great people and it used to be a friendly, fun environment before the pandemic / wfh -A couple of good projects
Cons
-Projects are often not interesting and the output of the work isn't great -Some of the clients have very old fashioned ways of working and are ethically questionable -A lot of old-fashioned hierarchy, teams have no real sense of ownership and it felt like there was no room for suggestions and improvement -Long hours -Chaotic environment and processes -Most of the team is really demotivated and it felt like nobody wanted to be there
