Pros
Competitive salary, as that’s the only reason people will join
Cons
Not really list of cons, but my whole employment summary: I consistently delivered all assigned work on or ahead of deadlines, including plans, documentation, proposals, and client deliverables. I was open to taking on new workstreams and transparent about areas where I was learning, while still ensuring timely execution. On a key project, limited leadership availability and late alignment on requirements created challenges that were later attributed primarily to execution rather than shared oversight. Feedback during probation was significantly delayed, limiting the opportunity for meaningful course correction. In my experience, managerial bandwidth for guidance and document review can be limited. Prospective employees should carefully evaluate the level of leadership support and feedback structure before joining.
