Great colleagues Varied day Depending on the team you have a good work/life balance

There's not enough real investment in colleagues, there's expectations to produce high quality work however, this isn't reflected in the end of year grading and pay increases. The last two years have been disappointing with everyone given the standard 2% increase followed by the 3% increase this year. The wages between teams vary for the same role and there's no effort to align to meet peers. There's been alot of staff leaving recently due to the salaries not reflecting the job roles and expectations.

Lovely team to work with, very friendly! A great starting point for my career as a finance professional.

No graduate program, not enough graduate students, although there was a London office there was no real London presence
