Pros

The consistent positivity and motivation that is developed is completely awesome. More than enough opportunity to gain and develop skills that one would use on an every day basis, both work and personal life.

Cons

Lots of time and effort. Lets face it, how much of a return on you're investment are you looking for?

Pros

I really loved working at NueTech. I felt like the management cared about me and was interested in my growth. If I didn't have to move for personal reasons, I would have stayed as long as I could.

Cons

The pace was very fast. I had to adjust to having a plan for every day ahead of time.

Pros

One of the reasons I’ve enjoyed working at Nuetech is that I get the opportunity to talk with management every day. The first job I had out of college, I never spoke with the higher ups of the company in the 8 months I was there. Everyone’s voice is heard so I really feel a part of Nuetech. I enjoy going to team nights every week. Having co workers who I respect and enjoy being with helps me learn all the types of perspectives of the business, and helps instill an office chemistry that I think is hard to find in corporate world. This job challenges you every day in a unique way. You never have the same day to day office life. Because our office knows each other both inside and outside the office, we enjoy competing against one another and forcing ourselves to develop as professionals every day. Positive office life, intriguing field work, and working with all facets of business world. Marketing, accounting, financing, interviewing, training.

Cons

If you had a job before where your boss was constantly looking over your shoulder, there will be an adjustment period for you. You learn how to self-manage yourself, and use your time in the office and in the field to your best benefit. The goal of this management training program is to become a manager, so it is essential that you learn how to manage yourself before taking the next step.
