This role improved my understanding of food-grade manufacturing and production processes. I became more careful with documentation, inspections, and product handling because accuracy matters throughout the operation. The work is not difficult to learn, but it requires attention to detail.

The people I worked with were not the issue, and at least the experience was not a complete waste.
