Pros
I've worked in a number of different start ups and by comparing my previous experiences to centralway I must say that the company provides excellent chances to its employees as well as far as growth in its niche. The company has what most companies are lacking nowadays...Vision! the management is young, hands-on and energetic which is exactly what a young company needs. Hard work does not go unnoticed and the company sure does a lot to provide its employees a healthy work/life balance which (based on my previous engagements with other startups) is not a given not to mention the excellent pay.
Cons
Working in a start-up is challenging and each individual working in one must have the hunger to take the company to the next level. Some do perform in this environment but others might find this a challenge they can not pass.
