Pay, I am severely underpaid for my experience and skills. Have inquired numerous times how to expand my role with no to little follow-through.

PTO, I'm searching for other things...

No concept of work/life balance. HR is very reactive and quick to jump to negative conclusions. Massive burnout after years and years of service. The last 5 or so years, I began to feel less and less like I was making a difference and more like the bottom line $ was the goal.
