Pros
I had taken a turn in my sales career due to financial circumstances and decided to to accept a position at Nuspire working in Inside Sales. I later found I wanted to go back into selling furniture, but I really enjoyed working for Nuspire. Here are a few pros: -Good working environment, it was fun and enjoyable to come into work everyday -Great company culture, there were good time events planned every month to bring the whole team together and have fun -Good, affordable health insurance -Management is friendly, approachable, and understanding -Very team-oriented atmosphere, my coworkers were very supportive and helpful -You are recognized and awarded for your hard work I would highly recommending working here
Cons
-If you are not self motivated, then working in inside sales might be a challenge -You have to be able to handle objections and rejections well (as with all sales), but the supportive and encouraging team make it well worth working here
