Pros
Nuspire is an employee focused company. They provide training, great benefits, opportunities for advancement and a wonderful work environment. People are professional and actually nice to work with. The leadership team actually has a strategy and focus for the company - this has been a problem in other past companies I have worked at. Overall, I am impressed and look forward to working here every day.
Cons
There has not been any cons at this point. I am still new and learning and have the normal issues with that, but nothing out of the ordinary or wrong with the company from that perspective.
