Nuspire is a great place to work for a few different reasons. - The people are truly amazing. This goes for any level/department of the company. The people are a big part of why I personally enjoy working here. Nuspire does put its people first when it comes to personal life, I think a lot of us here respect that. - Nuspire is very open source. The team’s collaborate quite often and communication is very strong amongst the different tech departments - Growth, there’s plenty of room for movement.. whether you’re wanting to move laterally or move into a new role, Nuspire will provide that opportunity if it’s voiced. - Pay, the pay at Nuspire I would say is just on par with “fair”. Promotions could be a little better but you are recognized/rewarded for your hard work. - Remote work, you have the option to work from the comfort of your home, Nuspire has never forced its employees back into an office.
