I am sorry you did not find NuTech to be the right place for you. We hope you find a position where you are able to manage or have management that aligns with your core vales and work practices. You are speaking in generalities, not defining any specific issues or complaints that can be properly addressed. We have an excellent management team that has an open door policy to discuss and work to resolve any pertinent issues or complaints. Our management team does their job quite well. If management was lacking, we would not have the client retention rate that we currently do, including well known national customers for over 15 years. Our employee turnover rate is below industry standard and we have several company events which our team enjoys. If you would like to discuss specific issues, please contact the executive team.
