Pros
I enjoy working at NutriMost because I am paid well in my opinion. Tons of opportunity and learning you probably wouldn't get at a larger company! Often I am required to learn new skills, programs, strategies, techniques - its a smaller team where you might be asked to step out of your comfort zone/role and learn a new skill to help the team and brand overall. Its difficult to find these types of opportunities in larger corporate businesses - typically you just clock in & clock out. Theres more to it here at NutriMost; more opportunity to improve, make an impact, advance, etc.. Upper management is fairly laid back - while they do expect you to & need you to actually work... you're not going to penalized for coming in 30 minutes after starting time. Get your work done, do it right, and you're good! Requesting time off is a breeze - never any issues with 2 week advanced notice. Or getting sick is certainly never a problem if that happens. Working for a smaller organization, in my opinion, is just a lot nicer, less stressful, more flexible, & more opportunity.
Cons
Smaller team can stretch members thin at times and cause errors.
