      Pros

      Amazing benefits, from health insurance. To vacation, to 401k. Lots of opportunities for advancement So much to learn and experience.

      Cons

      Long hours. But a lot of managers will be flexible with you to make it up Some politics like any large company Change and uncertainty. They seem to forever be in a state of change. Constant projects all at once, cut backs off shore etc.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
