      Pros

      The pay for procurement is some of the best out there when combined with annual bonuses.

      Cons

      Leadership does not seem to have a clear vision on where they want to go. Procurement leadership specifically does not have a formal background in procurement so they ride all of the front line workers to make it look like they are getting something done to get to the next promotion.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
