Pros
• Decent benefits, pay on the low end for the area but the flex time was cool. • Good location of the office. • Modern technologies used
Cons
• Extremely poor communication and unclear expectations from higher ups. • The “training” is not actually helpful for what you will do, lasts a long time as well. You may be given a month’s worth of tasks completely unrelated to the work you will be expected to do once out of “training”. • Low pay for a VERY high cost of living area, you will be very unlikely to be able to afford to live close to work alone. • While not at all exclusive to this company, culture and fitting seemed to play a large role in how you were talked to/overall treated. • Does not need to be in-office 5 days a week, it is the perfect type of work for a hybrid program.
