From a business perspective Nuveen is participant and client focused, has great benefits, working towards a global vision.
Cons
From an IT perspective Nuveen: offers limited internal mobility; managers are territorial and combative; limited strategic vision; values big talkers over big ideas; does not understand the role and value of Architect from either an application perspective or a data perspective. Quality is just a catch-phrase. You will unlikely be working on any technology that furthers your career. The technology stack is 20 years old and the methods are 40 years old.
