Our ICON support receives alot of negative complaints from our customers so if you are dedicated and truly concerned about your accounts and the patients - you have to be available what seems like 24/7. Some managers do not assist with calls very well and turn their phones off and it can be a frustrating heavy load. Need to develop their own in house ICON support team. Pediatric and adult need to be separate devisions and pediatric needs to concentrate on hiring pediatric nurses with strong extracorporeal therapy experience

No priority for quality, let go of the VP of quality and handed management over to VP of operations, which is a huge conflict of interest
