      Loads of Freedom (Swedish style), travel and friends. Good place to start working at.

      Cons

      Nepotism, loads of dinosaurs (worked >25 years for same company) with exceptional tunnel view and sometimes very un-ethical ways of doing buiness. 50% shareholder is Venezuelan government with the dictator Hugo Chavez running the country...

      Pros

      -People are wonderful to work with. -Benefits are better than 99% of all companies. -Atmosphere is laid back yet driven. -Location is great.

      Cons

      -Management too laid back in many situations. Management will avoid conflicts at great costs. -Some if not all areas are understaffed.
