      Flexible hours, no requirement to take shifts that are offered Can work in different sections of the stadium each shift - meet new people and try new skills/roles Free public transport pass

      Cons

      Shift end time is not guaranteed, if you are no longer required you will be sent home early, so you don't get the full pay you were expecting
