      Pros for OVG taking over your clinic? I don't think there are any.

      Cons

      They claim to care about the employees, clients, and pets. Yet their true passion is how much money they can milk from the clients. There's no limit to their greed. Including screwing employees over with their compensation.

      Benefits were ok, but not great

      Cons

      O’Brien Veterinary Group took over our clinic and everyone became just a number. Once they hired the new Chief of Veterinarians and Chief of Operations, Lauren, (same person for both) it became unbearable. Her exact words to a few team members who had very valid complaints against her was “Let me make this clear to you, there is NO ONE above me! I am everyone’s only boss”. Some people can not handle having such authority and she is one of them.
