Pros

A great opportunity to work with some brilliant clients from across the UK.

Cons

This is probably the most toxic place I have ever worked. Senior management are awful and don't pay any attention to you unless you're considered a favourite - a clique has definitely been formed and it's an uncomfortable environment a lot of the time. There's also a lot of passing the blame and workload over to less senior members of the team. There are real issues with overworking and a lot of staff have suffered from serious stress and mental problems whilst working there. You are made to feel guilty if you're off sick or in some cases, pretty much forced to work. Often expected to work outside of working hours and not offered the time back. When you're new people will just outright ignore you - they do a great job of promoting it as an exciting place to work but in reality, it's far from that.

Pros

O Agency has a very close team which makes everyday fun, engaging and different. This also helps when working on projects and coming up with new ideas, as it is encouraged to work together across all teams. We work with great variety of really interesting clients, which means no day is the same. I have had career opportunities which I have never been offered before, and been supported when wanting to learn new specific skills and to try new things. I have made genuine friends here at O who I hope to be friends for life. I love what I do and I love where I work so it never really feels like 'work'! A real privilege to work for and with an award winning agency.

Cons

Nothing bad or negative to say apart from more parking spaces!

Pros

I started as an intern which was a great opportunity to understand what agency life is like and get to know my team and clients. When I joined full time, I was able to own my work, working directly with clients from day 1. My team works with clients from diverse sectors that are always changing.

Cons

I feel lucky to work for an award winning agency that are hardworking and passionate about PR and marketing, If I had to pick one thing, I wish there were more employee benefits such as mental health training, eye tests, or tax relief on pension contributions
