payment structure is very predatorial - if you do not know what to demand, you will get the least possible remuneration; management of the organisation dey somehow; i was expecting some international standards based on the name, but no, it's just the name so enjoy d big jobs and carefully grow yourself bcos no one go send you; maternity leave is quite stringent for the female staff, so inquire well during the interview
