      Pros

      The salary is better than most large IT services companies. They sponsor green card on time. Their immigration team is ok.

      Cons

      Sometimes, it is hard to reach Vijay (CEO). Sometimes, he is a little slow to respond, but he does respond back eventually. It might take a few days for him to respond.

      Pros

      I was with Ocher for 10 years. Good company to work with. Supportive management with a lot of freedom in work and no micro management. Visa-related paperwork and filing extensions were perfectly done with personal attention and care, and in time. Vijay has a reputation for H1b approvals - he is considered lucky and H1b petitions filed through him will get picked up and approved.
