      - zelfstandig - veel ruimte voor inbreng - veilige werkomgeving - duurzame ontwikkeling

      P&O is er alleen voor het het bedrijf en bang voor eigen positie , dus slecht voor de medewerkers.

      Pros

      Great colleagues who are smart and nice. Main customers are libraries so you feel good about providing services for them.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch and reactive. Employees are doing more work because of layoffs and afraid to leave desks because they don’t want to be laid off next. Benefits like instructor led exercise classes are gone because they laid off that person along with many others in 2025. Career opportunities are slim because positions were eliminated.
