Pros

I work for OCS Consulting for more than 5 years now. I rejected any other offers received in the meantime from head hunters, no matter how good they were, because OCS is what I am looking for, in terms of a company. I find here: care, compassion, support for my needs, opportunity to progress, constant motivation and mostly excellent colleagues (at any level). OCS is like a professional family for me: with good and less good like in any family, but still a very functional family.

Cons

Of course, if you are looking for a big company with its style and huge salaries, then OCS is not for everyone. It's just like in a movie: after finishing it, some may say it was excellent, other won't resonate with it and say it wasn't good enough. It's normal, one size doesn't fit all.

Pros

- Medium sized company with great relationships with SAS institute, SAS-related clients and healthcare companies around the world. - Great environment and colleagues to work with as a team. - Very supportive management team. - Excellent level of expertise. - Challenging projects. - A constantly growing company, focused on people and relationships rather than profit. - Good mindset of culture and values, which respect the balance between private time and working time.

Cons

- If you are looking for working for big company, that would be a con. In other hand, OCS Consulting has many blue chip companies as clients, ant it is working as SAS Institute's silver partner.

Pros

Client focused IT and Analytics provider in the Netherlands and the UK. Personal, specialist, vibrant, communicative, caring and outcome focused. Always evolving, very people focused, remembers its history, legacy and bears this into planning for the future.

Cons

Size and focus on delivery means a heavy reliance on reputation to secure new opportunities, which can sometimes frustrate the pursuit of individual ambitions in leading edge technology and service areas.
