I think other departments are probably ok but customer service is pretty toxic - understaffing, overworked and a non-exciting job For myself it was the promises of entering into a new market - however during my time there I saw just choas Working weekends which I did not know about before I started Lack of structure & organization It became obvious that there was no career progression. As somebody said to me "once in customer service it is very hard to get out"
