      Really invested in personal well-being of employees So much more than just an employer We don't just say 'Work hard, play hard' - we live by this motto It's about your potential, not just about experience or degrees

      Cons

      Salary isn't subpar anymore, but it's more or less average for the market. If you're willing to trade in well-being and gain a higher income, OGD isn't for you.

      Decent commission percentage, total freedom in your own truck

      Cons

      Not as much work as promised, most guys were leaving in less then three months and some within 2 weeks because of no work
