Understanding employer, that's all. Used to be an OK company. Now its just a shell with senior management, and very junior staffs. All the good ones has left for greener pastures.

Do everything that's asked, even if it's not in your JD. No more increments, bonus, annual dinner. Basically just day in, day out. One of the worst project management I've seen. No planning at all. Owner too busy with other businesses. Working here feels like riding a headless horse. Absolutely no career development, almost no trainings.
