      Men are favored over women despite female management. Management prefers pushovers and young staff that don't know they're being taken advantage of.

      Pros

      The building itself is a great place to work at. Very secure and contains different amenities.

      Cons

      As an entry level designer, I was not trained at all. This made it very difficult for me to adjust which resulted in me being let go. I was not given the same opportunity that other entry level coworkers had.
