      -Hires anyone -Mismanaged -Will overwork the few good employees to the detriment of everything/ everyone else. Be prepared to be on shift with other people and be one pf the only ones working.

      Get hours in 2-4 days, always overtime, pay is above minimum, growth within company, rewarding, flexible

      Pros

      Most of the time it was an ok work environment. Pretty good benefits and work life balance. Really good trainings.

      Cons

      Lots of management issues at the group home I worked at. Rude coworkers who violated rights and no action from management. My boss didn't take a situation seriously so I had to report it on my own. That's why I left, hold your workers accountable when they mess up or all the good ones leave. I'm sure there are better group homes that are part of OHI, just not the one I worked at.
