      decent pay, nice people, clean facilities, flexible if personal time is needed for doctors/kids/etc., work area is clean/modernized, challenging industry if you can ignore the cons

      not open to improvements, wrong people promoted, hiring people outside of the company instead of promoting within, poor benefits, chaotic, reactive
