Pros
People are all very helpful and responsive to your needs. You get to work with different kinds of people and get assigned to a lot of duties which keep you motivated at work. Learning experience is very good.
Cons
You have to constantly facing very demanding clients. The structure of the whole company needs to be improved. Some employee are under multiple departments and thus have several offices, which makes it difficult to locate people sometimes.
