After working for 3½ years I am in a position to comment on the good good aspects of working in Ojas 1. Working in such a big Astrology & IT Company means one's general work experience can vary from time to time, work ease, technologies and everything else related to one's work will differ. 2. I was lucky to get opportunity in Financial Services. I have been involved in Ojas, got a great team with good leaders who guided me to learn and develop my skills. 3. I am also happy that Ojas. 4. Job security is really paramount here. If you do your job and have strived to become an important part of your respective work, you needn't fear about losing job ever. 5. Consistent pay under every circumstances. Even during COVID infected world and uncertain circumstances, we always received our salary on time. Ojas had announced that there would be no lay offs whatsoever due to covid. 6. Ojas Work From Home, the earliest in April 2020 and have continued it till date (writing in April 2022). There have been no compulsions yet, to return to work from office.
