Pros

From day one, the onboarding experience has been exceptional. There is a clear sense of purpose, ambition, and professionalism across the organisation, and new joiners are set up properly to succeed. The business operates at genuine global scale, with talented, driven people who are passionate about what they do and empowered to make decisions. Leadership is approachable, commercially astute, and invested in building strong teams for the long term. The pace is energising rather than chaotic, and there is real trust placed in individuals to take ownership and deliver impact. Joining OKX has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my career, both in terms of growth and opportunity.

Cons

As with any global company, coordinating across time zones can sometimes mean early or late calls—but this also offers the opportunity to collaborate with teams around the world and gain exposure to international markets. The fast pace can be challenging at times, but it keeps work exciting and ensures every day is full of learning and impact.

Pros

- Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

Cons

- The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
