      The benefits are generally not bad

      Cons

      If you're coming from a MNCs, you will need time to adjust to the culture and generally difficult to move/ push things. Strategy and direction can be vague at times.

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
