      - My team (not all teams) didn't have friendly people, I found it challenging to work together with and get information from - Codebase, pre-recorded videos, meetings all in chinese

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
