Fast paced and turnover seems to be high which makes you need to constantly adapt. I do think that’s just the nature of this industry though

Great work-life balance depending on the team. Flexible remote work with majority of employees working remotely. Smart and talented colleagues.

Lack of overall company and product strategy trickles down and impacts your work. The leadership team isn't transparent and decisions can feel like they're seemingly made out of nowhere. OM1 is losing really talented people because of leadership decisions. Pay is not competitive for the market and benefits are okay.
