Pros
There are still some really great people at OMG. Unfortunately, they're getting burned out and most are trying to leave.
Cons
They are very focused on profitability which is fine. But they're focused on it at the expense of the culture that they were so proud of and by extension, employees. The culture used to say that we learn from our mistakes. Now, when clients are lost, it's not the reason stated by the client, it's because "if they loved us, they would have stayed" so the team needs to do better. The co-owner is toxic and he's decided he's taking over in a lot of ways. He's gossipy, paranoid and causes so much drama.
They schemed to get rid of their whole leadership team without a plan to make up the gaps other than "we want it to be more flat". They've let go or lost the majority of their operations team as well as other key employees as they've done a 180 on what is valuable. It is a really sad situation considering that OMG was on so many best places to work lists just a few short years ago. I hope it changes, but as of right now, I would not recommend working at OMG.
